What is it all about?
Second edition of Latch Plugins Contest!
Participate and develop a creative and innovative plugin for Latch service.
It is important that you read all the participation details in the contest rules.*
The winner and the two runners-up will be entitled to receive the following prizes, which will be awarded by the panel appointed by ElevenPaths:
» First prize: USD 5,000
» Second prize: USD 2,000
» Third prize: USD 1,000
The prizes are awarded in U.S. dollars and will be paid in Bitcoins through PayPal. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize will be the exchange value in Bitcoins of the prize on the day of payment (example, the equivalent to USD 5,000 in Bitcoins).

As a developer, do what you do best and get paid for it!
If you are professional or a student over 18, this is the right place.
How to participate?
Take note of the technical details in the rules of the contest.
Register in Latch Plugins Contest and follow these instructions:
1. After registering for the contest you will receive an e-mail at the address you registered, with a validation code and a Developer ID you have been assigned. You should use it when you submit your entry!
2. Next, you can submit your entry. To do so you need to send us the following documentation by e-mail:
» Developer ID assigned during registration.
» The name of the plugin that you are entering.
» The URL of the GitHub repository where the plugin's source code is posted.
» An instruction and installation manual of 3 to 10 pages describing in detail how the plugin is installed and used.
» A document describing the purpose of the plugin, the reason for its development, the main use cases, the plugin's users if any, and why it should win the contest.
» The URL of the YouTube video explaining the plugin's proof of concept.
All documentation related to the entry must be written and submitted in English.
3.It is not necessary to buy the service in order to participate or win.
4. The period for submitting entries starts on October 8, 2015 and ends on February 15, 2016 at 1:00 pm (Central European Time).
* Final-year and final master's projects are accepted.
It is possible to submit entries as a group, but when registering you must identify all of the group members. The individual registered on the form as the owner will be the contact and is responsible for any administrative action before the contest organizers. If the project's ownership needs to be modified, the project members should communicate this via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org through the owner.
Stay tuned! The winners will be notified by e-mail within 14 days of the close of the contest. You have a period of 10 days to accept the prize.
